The WARDOGS Supporter Edition costs $49.99 against $39.99 for the Standard Edition, and every dollar of that ten-dollar gap buys cosmetics: three starter weapon camos, one helicopter livery, a scoreboard icon you can switch off, and two bobbleheads. Nothing in the pack touches combat, economy or progression. Both editions unlock the same game: the official WARDOGS Steam page confirms up to 100 players split across three teams, fighting over control zones with persistent cash, custom loadouts, vehicles and destructible terrain. The Supporter Edition doesn’t change any of that — it just bolts a cosmetic pack onto the same base game.

There’s no separate currency involved, no crafting, no unlock condition — owning the Supporter Edition puts all seven items in your account; the camos still have to be equipped on the weapon or helicopter in the customisation menu, and the scoreboard icon shows unless you switch it off in settings (the pre-order post says so).

The pack contains, by name: Valkyra Branded A-91 Rifle Camo, Lonestar Branded Bushmaster Camo, and Manticore Branded KH-2002 Camo for the three starter weapons, a Littlebird Helicopter “Taxi” Camo for the transport chopper covered in the WARDOGS vehicles guide, a supporter icon that shows next to your name on the scoreboard, and a grenade bobblehead plus a helmet bobblehead.

Seven items for ten dollars works out to a little over a dollar apiece if you split it evenly, though that’s a loose way to look at it since none of these items exist on their own — you can’t buy just the helicopter camo or just the bobbleheads. The whole pack is one purchase, and it’s the only purchase. BULKHEAD’s stated position, repeated across its Steam listing and community post, is direct: We will NOT monetize the game at any point during Early Access, and separately that in-game cash and gold bars must be earned through play rather than bought.

That’s the whole transaction: ten dollars, seven cosmetic items, zero gameplay difference. Nothing about the Supporter Pack shortens the in-game economy grind covered in the WARDOGS metagame guide, and nothing in it touches the persistent cash system players build up match to match. It’s worth noting the current $39.99 Early Access price is also confirmed to be a stepping stone — Bulkhead and Team17 have said pricing will rise in stages toward a higher full-release price once the game exits Early Access, which is a separate decision from whether the Supporter Pack itself is worth the extra $10.

Myth: the camos will be sold separately or given out free later

Nothing BULKHEAD has published says these specific camos will later be sold as a standalone purchase or handed out to everyone. Treat that as unconfirmed rather than expected — if you want the Valkyra, Lonestar and Manticore weapon camos, the Supporter Edition is currently the only announced route to them.

Myth: the scoreboard icon affects matchmaking or grouping

The supporter icon is purely a visual marker next to a player’s name, and it can be hidden entirely in the settings menu. There’s no indication it factors into matchmaking, team balance, or anything mechanical.

Myth: buying Supporter Edition is the same as paying for power
