This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. The data controller is Trenapiq LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17261514, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Information We Collect

Contact information, such as your email address.
Account credentials for game services, where the service you ordered requires access to your account.
Order information, including what you configured at checkout and messages exchanged about the order.
Payment information, handled by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Analytics and usage data about how the site is used.

Why We Process It, and On What Basis

To perform your order — fulfilment, delivery and support. Basis: performance of a contract with you.
To take payment and prevent fraud — basis: performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.
To keep accounting and tax records — basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
To improve the site through analytics — basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the parties named below. Each processes it on our instructions, under contract, and only for the purpose stated.

Payments

PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.) — taking and refunding payments. Card details are entered on PayPal’s own systems and never reach ours.

The booster assigned to your order

They receive only what is needed to deliver the service — the game, the order, and any account details you choose to provide — and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Hosting and email

Hostinger International Ltd — hosts this website and sends order email from support@neonsect.com.
Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosts our mobile app at app.neonsect.com.
Supabase Inc. (USA) — the database behind that app, holding your account and order records.

Site functionality

LiveChat (Text S.A., Poland) — the chat widget: your messages and the page you started the conversation from.
hCaptcha (Intuition Machines Inc., USA) — bot protection on our forms. It receives technical signals about the request, not what you typed.

Mobile app diagnostics

PostHog Inc. (USA) — which screens are used and where a flow breaks.
Sentry (Functional Software Inc., USA) — automatic error reports when the app fails.

Legal

Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not use advertising or profiling trackers.

International Transfers

Our boosters and some service providers operate outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, because orders are matched to your game region. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or on transfers to a country covered by an adequacy decision.

Data Retention

Account credentials provided for order fulfilment are deleted within 7 days of order completion. Order metadata — purchase records and related communications — is retained for 6 years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email support@neonsect.com. We respond within one month.

Deletion requests do not extend to records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
