This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. The data controller is Trenapiq LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17261514, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Information We Collect

Contact information, such as your email address.
Account credentials for game services, where the service you ordered requires access to your account.
Order information, including what you configured at checkout and messages exchanged about the order.
Payment information, handled by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Analytics and usage data about how the site is used.

Why We Process It, and On What Basis

To perform your order — fulfilment, delivery and support. Basis: performance of a contract with you.
To take payment and prevent fraud — basis: performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud.
To keep accounting and tax records — basis: compliance with a legal obligation.
To improve the site through analytics — basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time.

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the parties named below. Each processes it on our instructions, under contract, and only for the purpose stated.

Payments

Card payment processor — card, Apple Pay and Google Pay checkout, and refunds. Card details are entered on the processor’s own payment page and never reach our systems.

The booster assigned to your order

They receive only what is needed to deliver the service — the game, the order, and any account details you choose to provide — and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Hosting and email

Hostinger International Ltd — hosts this website, its database and our own chat server.
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — delivers the site through its network and protects it from attacks: your IP address and the technical details of each request. It also provides privacy-first, cookie-free page-view statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which do not identify you or track you across sites.
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — sends order and account email from [email protected]: your email address and the content of the message.
Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosts our mobile app at app.neonsect.com.
Supabase Inc. (USA) — the database behind that app, holding your account and order records.

Site functionality

hCaptcha (Intuition Machines Inc., USA) — bot protection on our forms. It receives technical signals about the request, not what you typed.
Google (Google LLC, USA) and Discord (Discord Inc., USA) — only if you choose to sign in with them: your name, email and account identifier.

Chat on the site and the chat assistant

The chat on this site runs on our own server. The providers below help it answer and route messages.

OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., USA) and Anthropic (Anthropic, PBC, USA) — generate the chat assistant’s replies, translate chat messages and, if you use the microphone, turn your voice into text (OpenAI): the text or audio of the conversation and the service you are looking at. They process it to answer and do not use it to train their models under our API terms.
TypeSafe AI (TypeSafe AI, Inc., USA) — classifies incoming order-chat messages so the team is alerted to urgent ones: the message and the last few messages of the order thread. Passwords, one-time codes and similar secrets are replaced with placeholders before anything is sent.
Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) — internal notifications to our support team about new orders and chat messages: order number, the service, your name and a short excerpt of the message.

Mobile app diagnostics

PostHog Inc. (USA) — which screens are used and where a flow breaks.
Sentry (Functional Software Inc., USA) — automatic error reports when the app fails.

Legal

Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose.

Advertising measurement

Google Ads (Google LLC, USA) — measures which of our ads led to a purchase. The Google tag is loaded only after you choose “Accept all” in the cookie banner; if you choose essential cookies only, it is never loaded and no data reaches Google Ads.

We do not sell your data and do not use it to build advertising profiles.

International Transfers

Our boosters and some service providers operate outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, because orders are matched to your game region. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or on transfers to a country covered by an adequacy decision.

Data Retention

Account credentials you add for order fulfilment are stored encrypted with the order and are accessible only to your assigned booster and our support team. You can clear them on the order page while the order is active, or ask support to delete them at any time. Order metadata — purchase records and related communications — is retained for 6 years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We respond within one month.

Deletion requests do not extend to records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
