Terms of Service

Welcome to Neonsect. By accessing or using our services you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.
1. General Provisions
1.1. Neonsect provides hand-played in-game boosting services, including rank boosting, levelling, task completion and in-game achievements across the titles listed in our catalogue.
1.2. Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 or over.
1.3. We may refuse service where we determine that its use would breach these terms or applicable law.
1.4. Neonsect is operated by Trenapiq LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17261514, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
2. Service Terms & User Obligations
2.1. By purchasing a service you grant us access to your gaming account where the service requires it. You agree to provide accurate access details and to keep them valid for the duration of the order.
2.2. You acknowledge that boosting may breach the terms of service of certain games, and you accept the associated risks, including account penalties, restrictions or bans imposed by game publishers.
2.3. You agree not to use our services for fraudulent purposes, including account theft or unauthorised access.
2.4. Changing your account credentials while an order is active will interrupt delivery. Tell your assigned pro before making any change to the account.
3. Payment, Escrow and Refunds
3.1. Payment is taken at checkout and held in escrow. The assigned booster is not paid at that point.
3.2. Funds are released to the booster only after the order is delivered and you confirm the result.
3.3. Refund eligibility, proportionate refunds for partly delivered orders, and our free re-run guarantee are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
3.4. At checkout you ask us to begin work immediately and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed. Your rights in respect of any part not yet performed are unaffected.
4. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
4.1. We do not guarantee that use of our services will avoid penalties, bans or other action by game publishers.
4.2. We are not liable for loss of in-game progress, items or account access arising from action by a game publisher or from your own negligence.
4.3. You agree to secure your gaming account after an order is completed, including changing any credentials shared with us.
4.4. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
5.1. We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order. Account credentials provided for fulfilment are deleted within 7 days of order completion.
5.2. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the parties and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — principally payment providers and the booster assigned to your order — or where required by law.
6. Service Modifications & Availability
6.1. We may modify or discontinue services at any time. Orders already paid for are either delivered or refunded under the Refund Policy.
6.2. Delays may occur because of game updates, server maintenance or technical failures. We will tell you about significant delays.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
7.1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
7.2. We ask that disputes are raised with us first, at support@neonsect.com, so they can be resolved directly. Nothing here removes your right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where consumer law gives you that right.
