Refund and Returns Policy
Effective date: 25 July 2026
Neonsect sells hand-played game boosting services. This policy explains how your payment is held, when it is refunded, and what happens if a result falls short. It is written to match how the service actually works — in particular our escrow, which the previous version of this policy did not describe.
How your payment is held
Your funds are placed in escrow the moment you check out. The booster assigned to your order is not paid at that point. Payment is released to them only after the order is delivered and you confirm the result.
This means that until you confirm delivery, the money for your order has not been paid out. Refund requests made before release are handled against funds still held in escrow.
Full refunds
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- you cancel before a booster has been assigned to your order;
- work has not started within 48 hours of your order being placed;
- we are unable to complete the service for any reason on our side, including technical or scheduling problems;
- we cannot deliver the service as configured at checkout, and you do not accept an alternative.
If the result falls short
If a delivered order does not match what you configured at checkout, we re-run the work at no additional cost until it matches. Your funds remain in escrow throughout, and are released only when you confirm the result.
If we cannot bring the order up to what you configured, you receive a refund for the part that was not delivered. Where an order was partly delivered and partly not, the refund is proportionate to the undelivered part. You are never asked to pay for work that was not delivered.
When we do not refund
We do not refund:
- orders you have confirmed as delivered, where the delivered result matches what you configured at checkout;
- orders that could not be completed because the information or access you provided was incorrect, incomplete, or withdrawn mid-order;
- losses caused by changes you make to the account during an active order, including changing credentials without telling your assigned pro;
- a change of mind after a booster has started work — in that case the completed portion is chargeable and the remainder is refunded proportionately.
Account penalties
Boosting may conflict with the terms of service of some games. As set out in our Terms of Service, you accept that risk when you order. Penalties applied by a game publisher are not in themselves grounds for a refund of a delivered order. If a penalty is caused by our error — for example a session run outside the agreed method — contact us and we will review the order individually.
How to request a refund
Email support@neonsect.com or message us on live chat with your order number and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Funds still held in escrow are released back to you within 3 business days. Refunds of already-released payments take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, contact us first. Because funds sit in escrow until you confirm delivery, most disputes are resolved faster directly than through a chargeback, and opening one does not release escrowed funds any sooner.
EU and UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital services, that right ends once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to withdraw. You give that consent and acknowledgement at checkout, on the confirmation checkbox. Where a service has only been partly performed, your withdrawal right applies to the part not yet performed. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
