Refund and Returns Policy

At Neonsect, we strive to provide top-quality boosting services and a smooth customer experience. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Below is our policy regarding refunds.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a full or partial refund if:
- The order has not been started within 48 hours
- We are unable to complete the service due to unforeseen technical or scheduling issues
- You cancel the order before it has been assigned to a booster
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- The service has already been partially or fully completed
- You provided incorrect or incomplete information
- You changed your mind after the service started
- You violated the game’s Terms of Use and received a suspension/ban unrelated to our service
How to Request a Refund
Please contact our support team at support@neonsect.com with your order number and reason for the refund. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection law. However, please note that digital services that have been fully performed with your explicit consent are generally exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
