Path of Exile 2 full-release registration is open until December 10, 2026. The free email campaign offers confirmed registrants up to five exclusive cosmetic rewards, depending on community-wide milestones. It is not an application for a beta key and does not provide access to the current Early Access build.

Grinding Gear Games says Path of Exile 2 will leave Early Access and become free-to-play on December 11, 2026 (PST). Registration was already available when that release date was announced on August 25.

TL;DR

  • Complete registration by December 10, 2026.
  • Submitting an email is not enough; you must confirm the subscription through the message GGG sends you.
  • One cosmetic is guaranteed, while four more are tied to community registration milestones.
  • Reaching every milestone unlocks five cosmetics for each eligible registrant.
  • Reward distribution begins after the free-to-play launch on December 11.

How to Register for the PoE 2 Full Release Rewards

  1. Visit the official Path of Exile 2 registration page.
  2. Enter an email address you can access.
  3. Open the confirmation email from Grinding Gear Games and confirm your subscription.
  4. Remain subscribed until reward codes are distributed after launch.

Confirmation required

Your registration is not complete when the form accepts your email. GGG’s official FAQ says you must confirm the subscription through the email it sends. If you previously submitted the form, check your inbox and spam folder for that message.

You do not need an existing Path of Exile account to sign up, and the registration email does not need to match the email attached to your game account. You will, however, need a valid Path of Exile account when it is time to redeem the reward code.

GGG also warns that unsubscribing before distribution begins prevents it from emailing your code. You can unsubscribe after receiving the rewards without affecting cosmetics you have already redeemed.

The same route is available as Path of Exile 2 boosting for anyone who would rather not sit the grind out twice.

4 million registrationsScourgeborn Boar Pet

The campaign includes one guaranteed cosmetic and four community milestone rewards. Every successfully registered player receives the same unlocked set; there is no individual progress requirement beyond completing registration.

The official registration FAQ confirms that four additional milestones can bring the total to five microtransactions. GGG describes these cosmetics as exclusive to the campaign and says they will not be sold through the in-game store.

When and How Reward Codes Arrive

Grinding Gear Games will begin emailing microtransaction codes after Path of Exile 2 fully launches on December 11. Distribution may not be instantaneous; the studio says it will announce when the process has been completed.

Once your email arrives, redeem the code through the Path of Exile website. Each code can be used only once, and an account can redeem only one code from the campaign. GGG allows players to give an unused code to someone else, but it cannot be shared after redemption.

The promotion covers eligible players on Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation, and Xbox. Console players should ensure that their platform is connected to the Path of Exile account on which they plan to claim the cosmetics.

Does Registration Grant Early Access?

No. Full-release registration is a newsletter and cosmetic-reward promotion. It does not unlock the paid Early Access version, provide priority access, reserve a server position, or change the December 11 launch date.

When version 1.0 arrives, Path of Exile 2 will become free-to-play regardless of whether a player registered. The December 11 release will also introduce the Duelist, according to GGG’s full-release announcement. Registration is required only for the campaign’s exclusive cosmetics and release-update emails.

The campaign is also separate from any character, league, or gameplay progress. You do not need to play before launch to qualify for the registration rewards. For more coverage of the game and its current updates, visit Neonsect’s Path of Exile 2 page.
