On this page

This page is a record, not a forecast. It lists how long Helldivers 2 boosting orders took at Neonsect in a rolling 120-day window — from the moment the customer paid to the first moment our team marked the order Delivered — computed from the order database, not written by hand. The sample is small and every table says so. The order lines come first; the summary, the counts of orders that are not in the sample, and the exact definitions follow.

The 5 completed orders behind the numbers, one per line — service, ordered volume, execution format, day paid, and the time from payment to our Delivered mark. No names, order numbers or account details.

The overall median combines different services and order sizes. Do not use it to estimate the time of a specific order. With 5 orders the median is the middle observed value and moves with every new order; it is a record of these orders, not a typical case. No single service has reached 3 completed orders yet, so there are no per-service rows.

Counted and not counted. Helldivers 2 service orders created in the window: 5 completed (in the table); 0 still in progress — not in the table, so a long order that is still running is not yet reflected; 1 cancelled or refunded (0 of them after payment) — excluded; 0 never paid — excluded.

How this is counted.

  • Unit. The total row counts orders: an order with two Helldivers 2 services in it is one observation. Per-service rows count order lines, and appear from 3 lines; the middle 50% (p25–p75) appears from 20 orders. These thresholds are our publication rules, not a guarantee of statistical reliability.
  • Start. The payment timestamp of the order.
  • End. The first moment our team marked the order Delivered after the booster reported it done. This is not the customer’s confirmation — our system does not timestamp that step — and the mark can be set in a batch some time after the in-game work finished, so it tends to overstate the time, not understate it. If an order is reopened after a Delivered mark, the first mark still counts; reopened orders are counted separately above.
  • Scope. Orders created between 2026-05-20 and 2026-09-17 (a rolling 120-day window) containing at least one Helldivers 2 service — piloted, self-play, hourly or bundle. Keys and digital deliveries are not services and are excluded.
  • Refresh. The figures are cached for 24 hours and the cache is cleared whenever any order is marked Delivered; the next page view recomputes from the order database. Last computed .

How to Read the Table

With this few orders, the order lines are the data and the summary row is a convenience. Use the lines: a bundle drop, a Super Credits order and a Warbond Medals order differ in volume and in how the booster works, so one median across them does not describe any of them. When a service reaches three completed lines it gets its own row; from twenty orders the middle 50% (p25–p75) is added. Those thresholds are our publication rules — the point at which we are willing to print a number — not a claim that the number is statistically stable.

The table cannot tell you what your order will take. That depends on the queue at the hour you pay, the size of the order and your region, none of which is in these timestamps — and the timestamps themselves stop at our Delivered mark, not at your confirmation. The delivery window on the product card is the promise; this page is what happened.

Method

Every order in our system records the moment it was paid and the first moment it entered each status — Queued, Booster Assigned, In Progress, Delivered. This page takes the payment timestamp as the start and the first Delivered timestamp as the end. Delivered is set by our team when the booster reports the work done; the customer’s confirmation, which releases the held payment, is given by message rather than as an order status, so it carries no timestamp and is not measured here. Because the mark is manual it can be set later than the in-game finish — two of the five orders were marked in the same minute — which lengthens the recorded time rather than shortening it. An order reopened after a Delivered mark keeps its first mark in the sample and is counted separately as reopened.

The window is by order creation date, so an order paid inside the window and still running is counted as “in progress” under the table and is not in the sample; cancelled, refunded and never-paid orders are counted and excluded. The unit of the total is the order; the unit of a per-service row is the order line. Only services are counted — piloted, self-play, hourly and bundle products — never keys or digital deliveries. The figures are cached for 24 hours and recomputed on the next page view after any order is marked Delivered; the exact time of the last computation is printed under the table in UTC. The services themselves are on the Super Credits and Warbond Medals shelf; earning Super Credits without buying is covered in the free Super Credits guide.

Sources and Confidence

One source: our own order database. Nothing on this page comes from another site, and no figure is typed in by hand.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many Helldivers 2 orders is this based on?
The count is printed as N in the table together with the window and the exact time of the last computation. As of 17 September 2026 it is five orders. The page also prints how many orders in the window are still in progress, cancelled or never paid, so the sample is not the whole story by omission.
Why is there a median but no average, and why the warning next to it?
An average of five orders is set by the slowest one. The median is the middle observed value, but with five different services and volumes it is not stable either and it describes none of the services individually — which is why it is labelled as not usable for estimating a specific order, and why the order lines are printed above it.
Is “Delivered” the same as my confirmation?
No. Delivered is the status our team sets when the booster reports the work done. Your confirmation, which releases the held payment, is given by message rather than as an order status, so it has no timestamp and is not part of this measurement. A Delivered mark can also be set some time after the in-game work finished, which makes recorded times longer, not shorter.
When does a service get its own row?
From three completed order lines of that service inside the 120-day window; from twenty orders the middle 50% (p25–p75) is added. These are our publication rules, not a statistical threshold. Below three, the service’s orders count only toward the total by order.
