About Coaching
Dead by Daylight coaching
Coaching for an asymmetric game, which means the two sides are effectively two different games and are coached separately. Killer sessions and survivor sessions share almost nothing except the map layouts.
Survivor is a resource problem
Pallets, windows and generator order are a finite budget spent across a match. Most survivors lose by spending that budget in the first two chases and then having nothing left. Sessions cover looping, chase extension and when to leave a generator that is not worth defending.
Killer is a pressure problem
A killer who chases the wrong survivor loses the match without ever being outplayed. Coaching here is mostly about map pressure, target selection and when a chase should be abandoned — decisions rather than reflexes.
