Ships in No Man’s Sky are found, not bought from a menu: Sentinel interceptors are repaired from crash sites on dissonant planets, expedition ships are locked behind a limited-time expedition, and living ships hatch from a Void Egg after the Starbirth quest. The trader route skips the hunt without touching your account — you meet at a space station in your own session, the ship is handed over through the station NPC, and you claim it into your fleet yourself.
The shelf holds four things. A Sentinel interceptor matched to the look you describe, slots unlocked on request. The expedition ships Starborn Runner (Expedition 12: Omega), Iron Vulture (Expedition 13: Adrift), Starborn Phoenix (the limited golden Starborn variant) and The Wraith (the living ship from Expedition 17: Titan), singly or as a set. Void Eggs in twenties for living-ship hunts. And a living-ship upgrade pack — 180 slot modules and 60 technology modules — for growing a fresh Starbirth ship to full size.
