ARC Raiders account and Scrappy leveling
Raider level gates the equipment you can carry and the contracts you can take, and it moves on successful extractions rather than on time in the zone. Scrappy has a track of its own on top of that. Both stall for the same reason: dying with a full bag pays nothing, and the players who need levels most are the ones dying.
