The Division Resurgence builds and gear
Builds in Resurgence follow the same logic as the PC game: the brand set, the talents and the attributes have to agree with each other, and the gear that makes a build work drops in the content the build is meant to clear. Getting in without it is the wall people hit around the mid-game.
Neonsect farms the pieces and assembles the build on your account, then hands it back with a short note on how to play it.
