These listings cover accounts already registered in Ukraine, Kazakhstan or another region, delivered ready to sign in. Read the fit before ordering: the account is the region, so anything you buy on it stays on it, and Steam's own rules on changing a store country are its rules, not ours — we do not offer region changes on an existing account, only accounts that already carry the region you asked for. Credentials are delivered after the order is confirmed and the we hold your payment until you have signed in and checked it.

What a region account is for
Regional pricing differs, and an account registered in one region buys at that region's prices. That is the whole product.
What it is not
It is not a way to move an existing library, and games bought on one account do not transfer to another. If that is what you were after, this is not the listing.
Delivered with credentials you change
The account details are handed over and the first thing you should do is change them.

Region locks are permanent
