The caps are daily, so a week away is a week of candles gone rather than a week of candles waiting. That is the entire reason this shelf exists, and it is why it is priced by days rather than by amount.
What care actually covers
Dailies, candle runs and seasonal progress kept current. Nothing is spent without asking, and cosmetics you are saving toward are left alone.
Played gently
Sky is a social game and an account that behaves oddly is noticed. Runs are played normally, at normal hours, with the profile left as you keep it.
