Rust raids and base work
Raiding in Rust is an economy problem before it is a fight: the boom costs more than most players farm in an evening, and a failed raid hands it all to the people you just attacked. That is why the raid is the service and the farming is the price.

Raids are scheduled against the wipe cycle: a raid three days before wipe is a different proposition from one on day two, and we quote it that way.
