What you get
A blocked quest in a league costs more than it looks: every evening lost is an evening of an economy that will not exist in three months.
We work it out on your account with you if you want to watch, and tell you plainly when the blocker is a bug rather than something you missed.
If the blocker turns out to be a genuine game bug, we say so and help you file it rather than charging for an unfixable evening.
Most blockers are resolved inside an hour.
