Very quick response time and service time, so far used them twice and have been responsive and helpful with the service.
What you get
A finished Hardcore character on the build of your choice. The constraint that shapes everything: the build is chosen and equipped for survival first, because in Hardcore a build that clears fast and dies once has cleared nothing.
That rules some builds out honestly. If what you have asked for is a glass cannon that works in softcore and does not survive Hardcore, you will be told before the order starts rather than after the character is gone.
Built by hand, defences checked at every stage, no automation at any point.
We hold your payment until you have logged in, inspected the character and found it alive in Hardcore.
Name the build, or describe how you want to play and receive suggestions that are viable in Hardcore specifically. That list is shorter than the softcore one, and pretending otherwise would be selling you a character with a countdown on it.
Delivery takes longer than the equivalent softcore order for the same reason it always does here.
