Yes. Most HSR orders run as account-share during your offline hours, so you log in to claim rewards. Selfplay is also on the table if you'd rather run end-game with a booster coaching live.

Yes. We farm the relic sets your build actually needs, with substat priorities you specify. We won't guarantee perfect rolls because relic substats are RNG, but we'll grind the runs and report what dropped.

Yes. If we can't start on time, if a banner closes before we finish, or if a Trailblaze Level cap blocks the order, you get a refund on the unfinished portion. We don't run a Discord-ticket runaround.
