Ranked in Deadlock unlocks on account requirements rather than on skill, which is why a good player can be locked out while a worse one queues freely. Since the Matchmaking Update of 30 July 2026 the account needs 60 wins in Standard Mode, and Ranked only lets you pick heroes with at least 15 Standard wins, with three such heroes needed to queue.
The requirements are met on your account by hand — real matches, nothing shared beyond the order.
Ask what your account is missing before ordering; sometimes it is one requirement away and you should simply play it yourself.
We hold your payment until ranked is queueable on your side.
