About Coaching
League of Legends coaching
Coaching is the opposite of boosting: the rank does not move while we talk, and it moves afterwards because you do something differently. Most sessions are spent on the two or three habits that cost a player more LP than mechanics ever will — wave management, recall timing, and knowing when a lane is not winnable.
Sessions are run live by a player from the tier above your target, on your account or in a review of your replays, whichever you prefer.
Say your role, your champion pool and the rank you keep bouncing off. A single focused session on one of those usually beats four general ones.
Sessions are recorded so you can go back to them, and each one ends with two or three things to work on rather than a list you will never read.
No account sharing is needed for review-based coaching, and live sessions run on your account only if you want them to.
