Tier 120 specifically, for an hour. This is the part of the Pit where the timer stops being generous and the mistake that costs you the run is usually a single pull taken too greedily rather than a lack of damage.
The price gap over an open-tier hour is the whole point: a runner who clears 120 consistently is a different proposition from one who clears whatever the character allows. You are paying for the tier, not the time.
