Reissad Points buy the weapons and attachments in Bodycam‘s loadout, and two September patches changed how you earn them. The 4 September patch raised the RP gain multipliers by 25 to 100 per cent depending on the mode; the 8 September patch brought private-lobby earnings back at half rate and cut attachment prices by 25 to 30 per cent. This guide sets out exactly what those numbers do and do not tell you — including why they cannot be turned into a best-mode ranking.
En resumen
- Reissad Points are earned by playing matches and spent on weapons and attachments through the in-game tactical tablet
- Wingman and Versus received the largest announced multiplier increase, +100%; Gun Game received the smallest, +25%
- Private lobbies earn RP again as of the 8 September patch, but at 50% of the public-match rate
- Attachment prices were cut 25–30% in that same patch, but no absolute prices or unlock thresholds have been published
- No mode can be called the fastest: the studio published the increases but not the previous multipliers or the reward formula
What Are Reissad Points in Bodycam?
Reissad Points (RP) are the progression currency added with Bodycam’s Locked and Loaded update.
Players earn them by completing matches and spend them on functional weapon attachments and loadout items through the in-game tactical tablet. The shop for real-money purchases is disabled in this update, and every skin already bought remains yours and is restored when you first connect after the update. RP is the only lever that moves your loadout forward, which is exactly why the mode you pick matters so much.
The system also touches ranked play: ranks and ELO are only gained by playing the competitive game mode Wingman 2v2. That means Wingman does double duty: it took the largest announced RP increase and it is the only mode that moves your rank.
| Mode | Announced increase (Patch #2) | What Else It Does |
|---|---|---|
| Gun Game | +25% | Weapon-progression mode; smallest announced increase |
| Team Deathmatch | +50% | Standard team mode |
| Deathmatch | +50% | Free-for-all |
| Hardpoint | +75% | Objective control mode |
| Wingman | +100% | Also the only mode that grants rank and ELO |
| Versus | +100% | Highest RP rate alongside Wingman |
The same route is available as Bodycam boosting for anyone who would rather not sit the grind out twice.
Where to Get Reissad Points in Bodycam
Public matches are the main source of RP, and the multiplier system means your choice of mode is the single biggest lever you control. The Bodycam V0.8 #2 patch raises Reissad Points multipliers in six modes: Gun Game, Team Deathmatch, Deathmatch, Hardpoint, Wingman and Versus. These percentages describe increases to the previous multipliers — not the final reward rates for each mode. Because Reissad Studio has not published the previous multipliers or the complete RP reward formula, the patch notes alone cannot prove which mode now earns the most RP per match or per hour. The multiplier affects the reward calculation but does not reveal the final payout.
Private lobbies are the other source, and they went through a real back-and-forth. They were disabled from earning RP at one point, then brought back with a catch — covered in detail in the Patch 3 private lobby earnings breakdown.
| Conseguir | What You Get | Requirement | Who It Suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wingman / Versus public matches | Full RP at +100% multiplier | Public matchmaking queue | Players prioritizing fastest unlocks |
| Hardpoint public matches | Full RP at +75% multiplier | Public matchmaking queue | Objective-mode players who still want strong RP |
| Team Deathmatch / Deathmatch | Full RP at +50% multiplier | Public matchmaking queue | Players who prefer standard slayer modes |
| Gun Game | Full RP at +25% multiplier | Public matchmaking queue | Players who just enjoy the mode, not RP-focused |
| Private lobbies | 50% of the standard rate | Hosted private session | Groups who want to practice or play with friends and still progress |
Maximizing Reissad Points Per Match
Since the mode you queue is the biggest factor you control, here’s the practical routine for squeezing the most out of a session right now.
Sigue estos pasos para hacerlo rápidamente.
-
1
Check your loadout on the tablet before queuing
spend RP and confirm your setup ahead of the match so you're not managing it mid-round.
-
2
Queue Wingman or Versus first
both currently sit at the +100% multiplier, the highest confirmed rate in the game.
-
3
Fall back to Hardpoint if those queues are slow
its +75% multiplier is the next best confirmed rate.
-
4
Play for objectives and participation, not just kills
RP rewards overall match involvement rather than kill count alone.
-
5
Use private lobbies only when public queues aren't an option
they now earn RP again, but only at half the public-match rate.
-
6
Recheck patch notes after major updates
multipliers and prices have already shifted twice in September and are explicitly still being tuned by the studio.
Reissad Points Rewards and What You Unlock
RP spends on the things that change how your loadout actually performs, not cosmetics. Attachments are functional — they change recoil, handling, capacity, optics, and audio profile. Reissad Studio has described this as functional customization rather than decoration, and it’s the reason the currency matters at all: every unlock is a real gameplay change, not a skin.
What the studio has said about the price problem
Reissad Studio has effectively acknowledged the economy was too punishing before this round of patches — attachments were priced too high and RP came in too slowly for the pace players wanted. That’s the reasoning behind cutting attachment prices and boosting mode multipliers in the same patch cycle, rather than doing either alone.
The honest cost in time
Here’s the part that matters if you’re deciding whether to grind this out: the patch notes alone are insufficient for a reliable estimate of how many hours a specific unlock takes — players can measure it experimentally, the notes cannot. The notes do not provide the underlying base values or explain how the multiplier interacts with match performance, so the announced percentages show which modes receive the largest adjustment, but they do not allow players to calculate an exact payout for a particular game. What is confirmed is which modes were adjusted most: Wingman and Versus by +100%, Gun Game by +25%. That is not the same as saying one pays four times the other, or even twice — the increases apply to base multipliers the studio has never published. Until someone runs a controlled test, the honest position is that the patch notes are insufficient for a reliable time estimate.
Advertencia
Attachment prices published before 8 September should be rechecked in game: that patch cut them by 25–30%, and the studio has never published absolute numbers. Figures not verified after 8 September may be outdated.
| Reward | How You Get It | Why It Matters |
|---|---|---|
| Additional weapons | Purchased with RP beyond your starting base weapon | Expands your loadout options across classes |
| Weapon attachments | Purchased with RP per weapon | Changes recoil, handling, and optics — real performance, not looks |
| Rank and ELO progress | Playing Wingman 2v2 specifically | The only mode that moves competitive standing |
Why Reissad Studio Cut Private Lobby Earnings to 50%
Private lobbies didn’t stay disabled long, but they didn’t come back at full rate either, and the studio explained why in plain terms. BODYCAM is first and foremost a multiplayer PvP game, and Reissad wants public matches to remain the main path for progression. At the same time, players who prefer private sessions should still be able to earn currency and unlock equipment, and restoring private lobby rewards at 50% of the standard rate is the studio’s way of supporting those players while keeping public matches active. The concern behind that math is straightforward: if too many players use private lobbies to farm currency faster than they could in public matches, fewer players are available for public matchmaking, making it harder to fill lobbies and keep matches flowing smoothly. That same patch also fixed an exploit in Versus that allowed excessive currency gains — so the 50% private rate and the exploit fix were part of the same cleanup, not two separate stories.

Common Misconceptions About Reissad Points Farming
Myth: private lobbies are worthless now
They’re not disabled — they earn RP at half the public rate. That’s a real cut, not a shutdown, and it still beats earning nothing if you only ever play with a set group of friends.
Myth: you can look up the exact price of any attachment online
You can find numbers, but treat them skeptically. The studio has confirmed a percentage cut, not the underlying price list, and attachment prices published before 8 September should be rechecked in game rather than trusted as written.
Myth: the patch notes tell you the best mode for RP
They do not. They give the size of each increase, not the rates being increased. Gun Game took the smallest announced increase and Wingman the largest, but without the previous multipliers those two facts cannot be turned into a ranking of RP per hour. Until someone measures it under equal conditions, pick the modes you finish consistently.
Our Take: Are Reissad Points Worth Grinding?
Nuestra opinión
The patch tells you which modes got the biggest adjustment — and stops well short of telling you which one pays best.
Wingman and Versus took the largest announced increases, which is worth knowing, but it is not the same as a measured advantage over Gun Game. Cutting attachment prices while restoring private lobby earnings shows Reissad Studio is actively responding to complaints about the pace. What’s missing is the part that lets a player plan around it — no base earn rate, no attachment price list, no unlock thresholds. Until that changes, anyone claiming to know exactly how many hours it takes to unlock a specific attachment is guessing, patch notes or not.
