Payment verification (KYC)

What the check is

Our payment provider screens every transaction automatically. Most orders pass without anyone noticing. When something looks unusual, the order pauses and a verification step appears.

How long it takes

The automatic review takes 2–10 minutes. While it runs, the delivery clock is paused — the time is not taken out of your order.

What we can see

Nothing. The check is run by a third party; we receive a pass or fail, never your documents.

If you would rather not

Then we cannot deliver the order, and we refund it in full.
