Is Sky CotL boosting safe on my account?
Yes. We use region-matched logins, one booster per order, no emulators or auto-routing tools, and we play on real devices. thatgamecompany doesn't run aggressive anti-cheat, and we don't run anything that could flag your account.

How long does a Season of Carnival pass completion take?
From a fresh pass start, full completion is 20 to 40 hours of focused play across the season. Time-locked tiers can't be rushed, so we'll plan around the Carnival window through July 2.

Can you catch Traveling Spirits I'm missing?
Yes, as long as the Traveling Spirit rotation includes a spirit you need. Travelers cycle on four-day windows, so timing matters. We'll check the upcoming rotation before charging.

Do you farm candles legitimately?
Yes. All candle farming runs through legitimate realm routes — Hidden Forest, Vault, Eden, daily quests. We don't use exploits or third-party routing tools.

Can you complete spirit relives?
Yes. Spirit relive runs for ascended candles are part of the standard menu. Tell us which spirits you want relived and we'll handle the candle math.

What about Days of Color and limited events?
Days of Color and other limited events run on tight windows. We can include them in any order — the timing just has to fit before the event rotates out.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If we can't start on time, or if a season or event window closes before we finish, you get a refund on the unfinished portion. The policy is firm and we don't make you fight for it.
