Delivered is set by our team when the booster reports the work done; the customer’s confirmation, which releases the held payment, is given by message rather than as an order status, so it carries no timestamp and is not measured here. The page also prints how many orders in the window are still in progress, cancelled or never paid, so the sample is not the whole story by omission.
Why is there a median but no average, and why the warning next to it?
An average of five orders is set by the slowest one. The median is the middle observed value, but with five different services and volumes it is not stable either and it describes none of the services individually — which is why it is labelled as not usable for estimating a specific order, and why the order lines are printed above it.
Is “Delivered” the same as my confirmation?
No. Delivered is the status our team sets when the booster reports the work done. A Delivered mark can also be set some time after the in-game work finished, which makes recorded times longer, not shorter.
When does a service get its own row?
From three completed order lines of that service inside the 120-day window; from twenty orders the middle 50% (p25–p75) is added.
